City Attorney Taylor commended the staff for the manner in which they acted to insure that the City will remain in compliance, and stated that the same prompt action has been taken in other problems which have come up down through the years. Mayor Cummings expressed Council appreciation of the efforts of Council- man ]Knudsen, Public Works Director John Shone, Mr. Lester Johnson of Servisoft, and the other members of the Industrial Waste Committee 4n working out a solution to the disposal of industrial waste.
