MINUTES of a special meeting of the City Council, City of Redlands, held
Council Chambers, Safety Hall, 212 Brookside Avenue, on June 30,
at 8: 00 A.M.

Following Council discussion, Resolution No. 2823 was unanimously
adopted by the City Council on motion of Councilman Miller, seconded by
Councilman Sewall.
City Attorney Taylor commended the staff for the manner in which they
acted to insure that the City will remain in compliance, and stated that
the same prompt action has been taken in other problems which have come
up down through the years .
Mayor Cummings expressed Council appreciation of the efforts of Council-
man Knudsen, Public Works Director John Shone, Mr. Lester Johnson of
Servisoft, and the other members of the Industrial Waste Committee ;irri
working out a solution to the disposal of industrial waste.
No further business being scheduled for this time, on motion the Council
adjourned at 8: 25 A.M.
