This special meeting of the Redlands City Council was called fo
purpose of considering the matter of Application for Conditiona
Permit No. 222 - William D. Cranfill , following recommendations
the Planning Commission meeting of February 26, 1974.
The Planning Commission recommended approval of Conditional Use
No. 222 in accordance with Study Map "A" , and subject to the re
dations of the various departments as outlined in Planning Comm
minutes dated February 26, 1974 .
Councilman Sewall moved that Council approve C.U.P. No. 222 in
C.U.P. ance with Study Map "A" and subject to the recommendations as c
Na. 222 in Plannincy rommissinn mi mites dated Fehrnary 26 - 1c)74 . with th
requirement, if not otherwise required by law; applicant to comply with
Planning Department requirements Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8; deleting Planning
Department requirement 7. This motion was seconded by Councilman Knudsen.
The motion to amend was unanimously approved. The original motion as
amended was also unanimously approved.
