This special meeting of the City Council was called for the purr
installing Mr. 'Phomas F . O 'Donnell. as Treasurer of the City of F
following the retirement of Mr. Marion H. Poyzer after seventeer
of distinguished, expert service as City Treasurer. .
4 Mayor Cummings presented Mr. Poyzer with a certificate of apprec
for his twenty ears of service to the Cit

behalf of the City Council, the staff and the citizens of Redlar

a proclamation honoring his outstanding service to the community
Mayor Cummings then called Mr. O 'Donnell forward.
,i City Clerk Peggy A. Moseley administered the oath of Office to IV
Thomas F. O 'Donnell, thereby officially recognizing him as the r
Treasurer for the City of Redlands, for the balance of Mr . PoyzE
elected term.
There being no further business, Council adjourned, on motion, Z
