the agreement referred to amended the original agreement between
City and the Redevelopment Agency which was approved by Ordinanc
1533 . He added that the new agreement enlarges the amount of la
leased to the City for parking purposes and facilitates the sale
additional bonds.
The Council members discussed the total area and the progress at
time. Councilman DeMirjyn then moved to waive reading in full o
nance No. 1560 and to give first reading of its title. The moti
seconded by Councilman Miller and carried unanimously.
The Council received a brief review from Mr. Mel Poer of the sit
relating to present occupancy within the area, and a time schedu
removal of these businesses . He added that the next phase of de
tion, that of the McEwen building, will take place during July.
There being no further business scheduled for this time, Council
journed, on motion.
