This special meeting of the City Council was called for the following
purpose: Clarify the intention of the oral changes made to Resolution No.
3411 adopted November 1, 1977 . Specifically, Section 4B which reads :
"Construction contemplated by plans which have been filed with the Build-
ing Department for processing including plan check prior to 5 :00 P.M. this
date, November 1, 1977 . "
After reading the advertised purpose of the meeting, Mayor DeMirjyn stated
that verbal approval by phone and a telegram had been received from Council-
man Elliott giving his permission to hold the meeting.
Vice Mayor Knudsen explained his thinking in adding the verbal additions

3411 under Section 4 of Resolution No. 3411, and moved that Resolution No. 3411, f

present.
Vice Mayor Knudsen read Resolution No. 3412 in full and moved for adoption;{
