Mayor Roth called the meetingsp g to order at 6:10 P.M. Councilman DeMirjyn moved to approve Ordinance No 1788, and refer to staff. ix�t,l g" Ordinance for study his suggestion to award bonus points for one acre or more lots No. 1738, { developed in certain flood zones. Motion was seconded by Councilman d & Martinez, �0�St# t# Attorney Riddell pointed out the defective deadline dates contained in the Proposition ordinance that was given first reading on May 18, 1982, and suggested the R dates be amended before proceeding. The motion to approve Ordinance No. t't, 1788 was withdrawn by Councilmen DeMirj}r and Martinez. It 194 jCouncilman Martinez then moved to change the filing and allocation dates �41r for 1982 under Section SII-C as follows: the first allocation date for (1 f r; j ordinance 1982 shall be September 7 and the first filing deadline for 1982 shall No, 1 88 be July 15. Motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and carried �Q', yS, Proposition unanimously. "R" ! ,(jt Councilman DeMirjyn moved to give Ordinance No. 1788, as amended, first 1�4 reading of the title with waiver of the reading of the ordinance in full, , �h5 and to direct staff to study his proposal regarding the flood zones and the one acre or larger lots. Motion seconded by Councilman Martinez. Councilman Johnson read a brief statement reflecting his desire to put ��������., the debate on this ordinance to rest in order to carry on with the j �'4�=r ,\ft business of running the City which he felt was in the best interest of the public. �+ ,c 1'k' Councilman DeMirjyn's motion was unanimously approved by Council. �y,s s t There being no further business on the agenda, Council adjourned, on motion, at 6:20 P.M.
