Ordinances Nos. 1680, 1717 1742 and 1.748. Mayor Roth called the meetingsp

Councilman DeMirjyn moved to approve Ordinance No 1788, and refer to staff.

t# Attorney Riddell pointed out the defective deadline dates contained in the

1788 was withdrawn by Councilmen DeMirj}r and Martinez.

Councilman DeMirjyn moved to give Ordinance No. 1788, as amended, first

reading of the title with waiver of the reading of the ordinance in full, , �h5
and to direct staff to study his proposal regarding the flood zones and
the one acre or larger lots. Motion seconded by Councilman Martinez.
Councilman Johnson read a brief statement reflecting his desire to put ��������.,
the debate on this ordinance to rest in order to carry on with the

business of running the City which he felt was in the best interest of

Councilman DeMirjyn's motion was unanimously approved by Council. �y,s
