Ellis, The Sun �< ABSENT None 1 026 r 'i Master Action This special joint meeting of the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency was called s Plan for the purpose of discussing the Master Action Plan. The Redevelopment Advisory }; �s Commission recommended approval of this plan excluding the height limitations, with a � }� the exception of a two-story height limitation in the Orange Street/Santa Fe Railroad Historic District and further recommended to the City Council that the reconstruction of North Eureka Street be undertaken at the earliest opportunity by reprioritizing the �s,4 items contained in the City's Transportation Improvement Plan, } Gerald Gast, Consultant, reviewed highlights of the Master Action Plan. Mr. V. More expressed his concerns about his property rights on Colton Avenue and requested maintenance of the C-4 Zoning. Referring to the land use for properties abutting the + freeway, Terry Haden expressed very strong concerns that this plan precludes what he considers viable projects. He also urged that the Eureka Street improvements proceed as quickly as possible, `j Council discussed this plan at length and commended Mr. Gast for his work on this project especially his efforts working with the community. Mrs. Beswick suggested �H staff return this matter with a summary of today's discussion. No action was taken h'` E{} at this meeting.
