Parks Parks Members of the City Council and the Board of Education discussed the appropriateness s
Commission of having a representative from the Board of Education serve as a liaison to the Parks
} Liaison Commission. Councilmembers were agreeable to this suggestion and asked staff to be
notified who that person would be so that notices could be mailed to the designated ` is
liaison from the Board of Education. f ,

1{ High School Staff members from the School District presented the recommendations of the District
".,II Sites Site Selection Committee for the proposed high school, Councilmembers focused on
Site 1 (bounded by Lugonia Avenue, Nevada Street, Almond Avenue, and California
�YF Street) and Site 3 (bounded by Lugonia Avenue, Texas Street, San Bernardino Avenue,
and State Route 30). Councilmembers also suggested three other possible sites; namely
an area bounded by San Bernardino Avenue, Nevada Street, Palmetto Avenue, and
California Street; an area bounded by Pioneer Avenue, Texas Street, Redlands' city
limits, and State Route 30; and an area bounded by Tennessee Street, Pine Avenue,
and Citrus Avenue near the Seventh Day Adventist Academy.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:50 P.M.
An adjourned regular meeting of the City Council is scheduled to be held on December 13, G
1988, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Conference Room. Next regular meeting, December 20,
1988.
