The purpose of this special meeting was to hold a workshop study session regarding !�£�
,F the Solid Waste Collection and Disposal and Street Sweeping Rate Study prepared by
Management Services Institute. Consultant Scott Thorpe presented spread sheets and �¢
reviewed the figures his company prepared with the information provided by staff,
Council discussed this study with the consultant at length and requested the scheduling
u` of another study session. It was agreed to hold the meeting on Tuesday, January 10, "-
1989, at 3:00 P.M. in the City Hall Conference Room. f'
The meeting adjourned at 3:02 P.M.
