MINUTES of a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Redlands
held in the City Manager’s Office, 30 Cajon Street, on January 30,
1990, at 9:00 A.M.
PRESENT Charles G. DeMirjyn, Mayor

ABSENT Carole Beswick, Mayor Pro Tem
Mayor DeMirjyn called the meeting to order and immediately recessed it to a closed
session for the purpose of discussing personnel; the sale of the Trolley Car Barn with
Darrell Cozen, the chief negotiator; and pending litigation: Selinger vs. City of Redlands.
In accordance with State law, the City Attorney prepared a confidential memo to Council
providing justification for the pending litigation portion of the closed session.
Next regular meeting, February 6, 1990.
