PRESENT Charles G. DeMirjyn, Mayor Carole Beswick, Mayor Pro Tem William E. Cunningham, Councilmember Swen Larson, Councilmember Dee Ann Milson, Councilmember James D. Wheaton, City Manager Ron Mutter, City Engineer Lorrie Poyzer, City Clerk Public Works Commissioners: Richard Feenstra George Webber Claude Johnson ABSENT None A joint City Council and Public Works Commission workshop was held at this time to review the Program Report for Development Impact Fees dated October 1990. This report presented by City Engineer Mutter covered the various impacts of infrastructure, including street and traffic signal construction, and storm drain construction. Impacts on public facilities included fire,police, library, city hall, and city yard facilities. Noting there was not a quorum of the Public Works Commission present, Commissioner Feenstra requested additional time for the Commission to study this report before making any recommendations to the City Council. Commissioner Johnson distributed a spreadsheet of the fees which he had prepared and reported this matter was scheduled on their December 10, 1990, agenda. The meeting adjourned at 10:05 A.M. Next regular meeting of the City Council, November 20, 1990, at 3:00 P.M.
