Cunningham, Councilmember (Conflict of Interest) Mayor DeMirjyn called the meeting to order and immediately recessed it to a closed session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation. The City Attorney prepared a confidential memo providing justification for the closed session. The meeting adjourned at 8:40 A.M.
