ABSENT None
Mayor DeMirjyn opened the meeting and immediately recessed it to a
closed session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation and
personnel. In accordance with State law, the City Attorney prepared a
confidential memo providing justification for the pending litigation
portion of the closed session.No report was expected following the closed
session.
