ABSENT None
Closed Session - Mayor DeMirjyn called the meeting to order and immediately
recessed it to a closed session for the purpose of discussing personnel in
accordance with Government Code Section 54957 and pending litigation in.
accordance with Government Code Section 54956.9. The City Attorney
prepared a confidential memo to the City Council providing justification for the
pending litigation portion of the closed session. There was no report made
following the closed session.
