Cunningham, Councilmember Jim Foster, Councilmember Gary Luebbers, Interim City Manager Lorrie Poyzer, City Clerk Ted Thomaidis, Redlands Daily Facts ABSENT Charles G. DeMirjyn,Mayor Dee Ann Milson, Councilmember Mayor Pro Tem Larson called the special meeting of the City Council to order. Carnival Permit - Bethlehem House Project, Inc. submitted an application for a permit for a carnival to be held on August 20-22, in the Wal-Mart parking lot on. Redlands Boulevard. Ms. Lori Panzino, Bethlehem House, expressed their willingness to cooperate with the City and comply with all requirements. Councilmember Cunningham moved to approve their request contingent upon the applicant paying all City fees associated with the event and subject to the City Manager's review and approval of all departmental inspections. Motion seconded by Councilmember Foster and carried by AYE votes of all present. Adjournment - There being no further business, the City Council meeting adjourned at 1:36 P.M.
