CLOSED SESSION
The special City Council meeting was called to order and immediately recessed
to a closed session to hold a conference with its legal counsel as follows:
1. Existing litigation - Government Code Section 54956.9(a)
- San Berdoo Books v. City of Redlands
2. Anticipated litigation- Government Code Section 54956.9(c)
- One case
The meeting reconvened at 10:00 A.M. City Attorney McHugh announced no
action was taken during the closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
The City Council meeting adjourned at 10:01 A.M. to an adjourned special
meeting to be held on August 19, 1996, at 9:00 A.M. in the Council Chambers,
Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street, Redlands, California.
