CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Cunningham immediately recessed the City Council meeting to a closed
session for the following purpose:
1. Conference with legal counsel: Anticipated litigation - Government Code
Section 54956.9(c) - one case
Those present at the closed session were reported as follows:

Geni A. S. Banda, Mayor Pro Tem
Pat Gilbreath, Councilmember
John L. Freedman, Councilmember

There was no report following the closed session.
