CLOSED SESSION
The City Council meeting immediately recessed to a closed session to discuss
the following:
a. Conference with legal counsel: Existing litigation - Government Code
Section 54956.9(a): City of Redlands v. County of San Bernardino/Majestic
Realty Company- Case Nos. E021447 and SCV 38504.
There was no report following the closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the City Council meeting adjourned. A special
City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 1.8, 2000, at 9:00 A.M.
in the City Council Chambers, 35 Cajon Street, Redlands, California.
