CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Gilbreath called the meeting to order and immediately recessed it to a
closed session to discuss the following:
1. Conference with legal counsel- Government Code § 54957.9(a)
- City of Redlands v. County of San Bernardino and Majestic Realty
Company - Case Nos. SCV 33330, E293198, E021447, SCV 38504, and
SCVSS 601.1.6
- City of Redlands v. California Regional Water Quality Control Board,
Santa Ana Region -Administrative proceedings
- Redlands Joint Venture LLC v. City of Redlands et al - Case
No. SCVSS 73615
ADJOURNMENT
The City Council meeting adjourned at 8:35 A.M. No report was made
following the closed session.
The next regular meeting will be held on February 6,2001.
