Although there was not a quorum of the City Council present, the Downtown
Master Plan. Charrette proceeded.
Downtown Master Plan Charrette - This was the second session for an open,
week-long charrette conducted in an effort to create a Downtown Master Plan
that will be used to update the Downtown Specific Plan which will be the guide
for future development in downtown Redlands. This session consisted of a
presentation of"Proposed Alternative Concepts."
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None forthcoming.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the City Council meeting adjourned at
8:57 P.M. The charrette will continue on Thursday, November 4, 2004, at
7:00 P.M.
