7:00 P.M.
PRESENT Jon Harrison, Councilmember
ABSENT Susan Peppler, Mayor
Gilberto Gil, Mayor Pro Tem
Pat Gilbreath, Councilmember
Gary George, Councilmember
Although there was not a quorum of the City Council present, the Downtown
Master Plan. Charrette proceeded.
Downtown Master Plan Charrette - This was the third session for an open,
week-long charrette conducted in an effort to create a Downtown Master Plan
that will be used to update the Downtown Specific Plan which will be the guide
for future development in downtown Redlands. This session focused on
downtown housing, open space and rail transit.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None forthcoming.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the City Council meeting adjourned at
9:05 P.M. The charrette will continue on Friday, November 5, 2004, at
5:00 P.M.
