STAFF John Davidson, City Manager; Daniel J. McHugh, City Attorney; and Lorrie
Poyzer, City Clerk
Mayor Peppler called the special meeting to order and asked if there was
anyone present who wished to address the City Council on the subject which is
scheduled on this notice. None were forthcoming.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council meeting recessed at 12:55 P.M. to a closed session to discuss
the following:
1. Conference with legal counsel - Government Code § 54956.9(a)
Redlands Residents for Rural Living v City of Redlands, et al
There was no report from the closed session.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None forthcoming.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the City Council meeting adjourned. The next
regular meeting will be held on July 5,2005.
