Mayor Harrison called the special meeting to order and provided an opportunity
for the public to address them on the subjects which are scheduled on this
special meeting agenda. There were no comments forthcoming.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council meeting recessed at 2:01 P.M. to a closed session to discuss
the following:
1. Conference with legal counsel: Anticipated litigation - Government Code
Section 54956.9(b)
a. One Case - Facts and circumstances: Claim of St. Paul Travelers as
subrogee of Karin and Kuscha Hatami
2. Conference with labor negotiators - Government Code § 54957.6
