810 7th Street NW, Washington, D.C. on March 18, 2009, at 9:00 A.M.

This being the gime set for a special meting of the City Council of the City of
Redlands and there being no quorum present, Mayor Harrison declared the
meeting recessed to 10:00 A.M.

Mayor Harrison called the special meeting of the City Council to order and
provided an opportunity for the public to address the City Council on the subject
which was scheduled on this special meeting agenda. No comnnents were
forthcoming.

legislative and regulatory issues affecting the City of Redlands as follows:
1. 10:00 A.M. - Congressman Jerry Lewis and staff at 2112 Rayburn House
Office Building, Washington, D.C.
2. 11:00 A.M. - Dena Baron, Minority Professional Staff Member, House
i Appropriations Committee, Subcommittee on Transpon-tation, Housing and
Urbain Development, at 1001 Longworth House Office Building,
Washington, D.C.
3. 3:00 P.M. - Ken Zwickl, Senior Planner, Arnny Cones of Engineers, at
441 G Street NW, Washington, D.C.

ADJOURNMENT
The special meeting of the City Council adjourned at 3:30 P.M.
A quorum was not present at the following scheduled times and Mayor Harrison <<
recessed to the meeting as noted above.
