MINUTES of a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Redlands held in the
Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street, on December I__ZQQ9_, at
10-30 A.M.
PRESENT Jon Harrison, Mayor
Pat Gilbreath, Mayor Pro Tern
Mick Gallagher, Councilmember
Pete Aguilar, Councilinember
Jerry Bean, Councilmember
ABSENT None
STAFF N. Enrique Martinez, City Manager- Daniel T McHugh, City Attorney- Lorrie
Poyzer, City Clerk, Deborah Scott-Leistra
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Harrison called the special meeting of the City Council to order and
provided an opportunity for the public to address therm on the subject which was
scheduled on the agenda. There were no comments forthcoming.
Nor were there any public comillents on any subjects that were not already
scheduled on this agenda.
CLOSE,13 SESSION
The City Council meeting recessed at 10-31 A.M. to a closed session to discuss
the following-
I, Conference with labor negotiator- Cove mens Code §54957.6
Agency Negotiator- Steve Filarsky
Employee Organizations- Redlands Association of Management
Employees; Redlands Association of Mid-Management Employees; General
Employees Association of Redlands (SBPEA)y Redlands Civilian Safety
Employees Association (SBPEA); Redlands Police Officers Association;
Redlands Professional Firefighters Association; Redlands Association of
Safety Management Employees; and Redlands Association of Fire
Management Employees
The City Council meeting reconvened at 2-15 P.M.
CLOSED SESSION RE POW17
City Attorney McHugh announced there was no reportable action taken during
the closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the City Council meeting adjourned at
2:16 PM,
