MINUTES of a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Redlands held in the
Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street, on March 2, 2010, at 2:15

The City Council meeting recessed at 2:16 P.M. to a closed session to discuss

Negotiating party: Dr. Tim Krantz,North American Biomass Co.
Under negotiation: Terms and price for lease of City property

regarding non-potable water rates
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Mayor Gilbreath recused herself from discussions of the threat of litigation by
the Redlands Country Club because she is a member of the Club. City Attorney
McHugh announced there was no reportable action taken during the closed
session.
The meeting reconvened at 3:08 P.M.

NEW BUSINESS
Extension Ageement - Side Letters to the Memoranda of Understanding
(MOU) between the City of Redlands and the General Employees Association
of Redlands were not discussed.
MOLT Termination - On motion of Councilmember Harrison, seconded by
Mayor Pro Tem, Bean, the City Council unanimously agreed to approve
termination of a Memorandum of Understanding with North American Biomass
Company.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None forthcoming.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the City Council meeting adjourned at 3:11
P.M.
