Conference with real property negotiator- Government Code §54956.8 Property: APNs 292-041-08 and 292-041-44 Agency Negotiator: N. Enrique Martinez and Gary van Dorst Negotiating party: Dr. Tim Krantz,North American Biomass Co. Under negotiation: Terms and price for lease of City property 2. Conference with real property negotiator—Government Code §54956.8 Property: APNs 262-044-05, -08, -09, -10, -11 and -12 Agency negotiators: N. Enrique Martinez and Gary van Dorst Negotiating party: Separate lease proposals of CST Organic Recycling, BRADCO Environmental and One Stop Landscape Supply Under negotiation: Terms and price for lease of City property 3. Conference with real property negotiator—Government Code §54956.8 Property: APNs 292-041-08 and 292-041-44 Agency negotiators: N. Enrique Martinez and Gary van Dorst Negotiating party: CST Organic Recycling Under negotiation: Terms and price for lease of City property 4. Conference with legal counsel — Existing Litigation Government Code §54956.9(a)—One Case a. Administrative enforcement hearing by South Coast Air Quality Management District 5. Conference with legal counsel — Anticipated Litigation Government Code §54956.9(b)—One Case a. Facts and circumstances: Threat of litigation by Redlands Country Club regarding non-potable water rates CLOSED SESSION REPORT Mayor Gilbreath recused herself from discussions of the threat of litigation by the Redlands Country Club because she is a member of the Club. City Attorney McHugh announced there was no reportable action taken during the closed session. The meeting reconvened at 3:08 P.M. Special Meeting March 2,2010 197 NEW BUSINESS Extension Ageement - Side Letters to the Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Redlands and the General Employees Association of Redlands were not discussed. MOLT Termination - On motion of Councilmember Harrison, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem, Bean, the City Council unanimously agreed to approve termination of a Memorandum of Understanding with North American Biomass Company. PUBLIC COMMENTS None forthcoming. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, the City Council meeting adjourned at 3:11 P.M.
