CLOSED SESSION
The City Council meeting recessed at 2:16 P.M. to a closed session to discuss
the following:
I. Conference with labor negotiator- Government Code §54957.6
Agency Negotiator: Steve Filarsky
Employee Organizations: Redlands Association of Management
Employees; Redlands Association of Mid-Management Employees;
Redlands Civilian Safety Employees Association; Redlands Association of
Safety Management Employees
2. Conference with legal counsel: Existing Litigation — Government Code
§54956.9(a)—One Case:
a. City of Redlands v Shell Chemical Company, et al., San Bernardino
Court Case No. SCV 120627
The meeting reconvened at 3:05 P.M.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney McHugh announced there was no reportable action taken during
the closed session,
NEW BUSINESS
Memorandum of Understanding On motion of Councilmember Harrison,
seconded by Councilmember Gallagher,the City Council unanimously approved
a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)between the City of Redlands and the
Redlands Association of Management Employees and authorized the Mayor to
execute the MOU.
