This being the time set for a special joint meeting of the City Council, Planning
Commission, and H&SP Commission of the City of Redlands and, due to a
power outage, there being no quorum present, the City Clerk declared the
meeting adjourned to a special joint meeting to be held at a date and time to be
determined.
