The teleconference locations were as follows: 1. Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street, Redlands, CA 2. Medical Group Administration Office, 9985 Sierra Avenue, Fontana, CA 3. 190 East Yaney Street, Bishop, CA All votes during the teleconferencing meeting were conducted by roll call. PRESENT Pete Aguilar, Mayor Paul Foster, Mayor Pro Tem Jon Harrison, Councilmember Bob Gardner, Councilmember Pat Gilbreath, Councilmember ABSENT: None STAFF Enrique Martinez, City Manager; Dan McHugh, City Attorney; Sam Irwin, City Clerk; Amy Martin, Human Resources Director Mayor Aguilar called the meeting to order and offered those present the opportunity to provide public comment on any item on the agenda for the closed session. PUBLIC COMMENT: Good Faith Bargaining — Sean Flynn, of the Redlands Police Officers Association, thanked the City Council for their support of the Police Department and their significant efforts to reach a fair and equitable labor agreement. CLOSED SESSION: 1. Conference with labor negotiator- Government Code §54957.6 Agency Negotiator: Jeffery C. Freedman Employee Organizations: Redlands Police Officers Association Redlands Association of Safety Management Employees CLOSED SESSION REPORT: City Attorney McHugh announced that no reportable action would be taken during the closed session. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further action required, the open portion of the meeting adjourned at 2:33 P.M.
