Finance Director
Mayor Foster called the meeting to order and offered those present the
opportunity to speak on any subject included in the special meeting agenda.

PRESENTATIONS:
Cemetery To — At 8:01 A.M., the meeting recessed to 1540 Alessandro Road,
Redlands, California for a Workshop and Tour of the Hillside Memorial Park
Cemetery provided by the City's consultant Ryan M. Lee. Mr. Lee's presentation
centered on a draft of his report to the City Council which is tentatively scheduled
to be presented at the February 17, 2015 meeting. The report is based on
marketing "good, better and best" options for consumer purchases of facilities and
services and offers a more modern approach to cemetery operations with a better
return on investment. The tour pointed out areas of opportunity at the Cemetery
where alterations and improvements could result in increased revenue for
operations.

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further action required, at 9:20 A.M., Mayor Foster adjourned the
meeting. The next regular meeting of the City of Redlands City Council will be
held on February 3, 2015.
