Director; Oscar Orci, Development Services Director
Mayor Foster called the meeting to order and offered those present the
opportunity to provide public comment on any item within the jurisdiction of the
City Council.

City Attorney McHugh announced that no reportable action would be taken by
the City Council during the closed session.

There being no further action required, the meeting adjourned to closed session at
4:45 P.M.
