AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
1381 AND THE CITY OF REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: Section Seven, Ordinance No. 1381 and Section
84905 of the City of Redlands Ordinance Code are hereby amended by
adding Sub-Section 4 to read as follows :
Section Seven: Removal and Abatement
(Sub-Sections 1, 2, and 3 remain unchanged. )
4. (Added) Priority shall be given to the removal of
abandoned vehicles from corridors of the state highway
system, from public lands and parks, and from river and
wildlife areas .
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this city.
