HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1753_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1753 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 154 THERETO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain: SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of. Redlands, Section 12. 20 pertaining to Accessory Buildings, be hereby amended as follows: SECTION 12 . 20 : I. ACCESSORY BUILDINGS 3. Accessory buildings shall be located not closer to the side and rear property lines than: a. Five (5) feet for one story non-residential accessory buildings. b. Ten (10) feet for two story non-residential accessory buildings and one or two story accessory buildings utilized for residential purposes.. SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this city.
