Section 1.22.010 Purpose and Intent. A. The City Council finds that the enforcement of the Redlands Municipal Code throughout the City is vital to the protection of the public's health, safety and quality of life, and that there is a need for an alternative method of code enforcement in addition to all other remedies, criminal or civil, which may be pursued by the City to address Code violations.
