AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS MAKING
CALIFORNIA CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE SECTION 1094 . 6 APPLICABLE TO
ALL FINAL ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS OR ORDERS WHICH ARE SUBJECT
TO REVIEW UNDER CALIFORNIA CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE SECTION 1094 .5
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as
follows:
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
adopts California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094 . 6 which
defines the time period in which judicial review may be requested
for certain final administrative decisions and orders under
California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094 . 5. Pursuant to
Section 1094 . 6 (f) , the City shall provide notice to any party to a
final decision indicating that the time within which judicial
review must be sought is governed by California Code of Civil
Procedure Section 1094 . 6.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published
once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in this_City.
