AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DELETING ARTICLES II, III AND
IV OF CHAPTER 18.156 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ADULT
BOOKSTORES, ADULT ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES AND ADULT THEATERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Sections 18.156.050, 18.156.060, 18.156.070, 18.156.080, 18.156.090,
18.156.100, 18.156.110, 18.156.120, 18.156.130, 18.156.140, 18.156.150 and 18.156.160 of the
Redlands Municipal Code relating to Adult Bookstores, Adult Entertainment Facilities and Adult
Theaters are hereby deleted in their entirety.
Section 2. Articles V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X and XI of Chapter 18.156 shall be
renumbered accordingly.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it, or a
summary of it,to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in the City of Redlands.
