ORDINANCE NO. 1822
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1431 TO PROHIBIT ULTRALIGHT
VEHICLES AT REDLANDS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as
follows :
SECTION ONE: That Subsection 27 is hereby added to Section B
of Ordinance No. 1431 to read as follows :
27 . No person shall operate any vehicle defined
as an ultralight in FAR Part 103 at Redlands
Municipal Airport .
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this city.
