ORDINANCE ABANDONING INTENTION TO CLOSE AN ALLEY ON HOME PLACE IN THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AND RESCINDING MINANCE NO. 1074.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows.
SECTION ONE- That all proceedings in connection with intention to close an
alley on Home Place in the City of Redlands, described as follows:
All that part of Ho-fte Place in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino� State of Californla, ',Lying westerly of Alvarado Street
as shown on map of Alvarado Terrace Addition No. 2., as per plat
recorded in Book 17 of Maps�, Page A, records of said County, des-
cribed as follows—,,
A 30 foot wide strip of land lying adjacent to and north of
Lot 89 extending from the west line of said Alvarado Street
to the west line of said Alvarado Terrace Addition No. 24
ARE HEREBY ABANDONED.
SECTION TWO- That Ordinance No® 1074, entitled 0 AN ORDINANCE OF INTENTION
TO CLOSE AN ALLEY IN HOME PLACE" and giving notice of public hearing on said
alley closing, is hereby rescindede
SECTION MREEs This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided
by law.
SECTION FOURS The City Clerk shall certify to the, adoption of this ordi-
nance and ca-use the same to be published once in. the Redlands Daily Facts, a
newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this City.
