AN ORDIUANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS P14ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1300,
GRANTING TO LZE TROY C . GISH A FRS.TCHIS E, TO OPERATE AUTHORIZED E14ERGENCY
A14BULANCE VEHICLES FOR T-, PERIOD NOT TO E`"CEED T""' ENTY YEARS, OVIZR,
ALONG AND UPON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS .
The City council of the City of Redlands does ordain as
follows -

SECTION 1 . Thal,-, subsection (a) of Section 13 of ordinance
No. 1300 is hereby amended to read as follows :
(a) To pay such amount per month as the parties
may fix by mutual agreement .
SECTION 2 . This ordinance is declared to be an emergency
measure for the preservation of the public heal-th and sa)':ety in
accordance the provisions of the Government Code of the State
of California.
SECTION 3 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts . This ordinance shall talKe effect immediately upon its
adopt-ion .
