AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1300,
GRANTING TO LEROY C. GISH A FRANCHISE TO OPERATE AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY
AMBULANCE VEHICLES FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY YEARS, OVER,
ALONG AND UPON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section One: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1300 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section la A franchise is hereby granted to Leroy C.
Gish and Elvis Swindle, a partnership, hereinafter sometimes
referred to as "Grantee" , to operate authorized emergency
ambulance vehicles over, upon and along the streets of the
City of Redlands, subject to the provisions and conditions
of this ordinance.
Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by lana.
Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper designated for that purpose.

Council, City of Redlands, at a regular meeting thereof held on the
25th day of October , 1967 by the following vote:
AYES : Councilmen Hartzell, Cummings, DeMirjyn, Mayor Burroughs
