GISH A FRANCHISE TO OPERATE AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY AMBULANCE VEHICLES FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY YEARS OVER, ALONG AND UPON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS , AND RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 1314 The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows : SECTION 1. That subsection (a) of Section 13 of Ordinance No. 1300 is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) To pay such amount per month as the parties may fix by mutual agreement. Payments will be made only during such period as ambulance service is provided as specified in Section 11, herein, by the Grantee, LeRoy C. Gish. SECTION 2. This ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of the public health and safety in accordance with the provisions of the Government Code of the State of California. SECTION 3 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts .
