The City Council of the City of Redlands ordains as follows -, SECTION ONE: Article 413 of the Redlands Ordinance Code is hereby amended by repealing the following sections: 4134 entitled "Temporary Certif-irate of Registration" 4134©1 entitled "Licensed on Date Ordinance Effective'" 4134.2 entitled "Temporary Certificate of Registration to be Issued" 4134.3 entitled "Delivery" 4134 .4 entitled "Temporary Certificates Valid Six Months" 4138 entitled "Severance Clause" 4139 entitled "Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances" SECTION TINOi This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law.
