TSS, on the lot day of Myo L9$6,, the Council of the City of Redlands
did pass and adopt,Resolution No. 81'7 giving notice of the proposal to annex cer-
tain uninhabited territory to the City of Hedlands,said tarritojry being therein
designated as "Annexation No. 4fl, said Resolution describing the boundaries of the
territory proposed to be annexed; and
QRS, said Resolution No. 81.7 did contain a notice of the day, hour and
place when and where the Council at the City would hear protests made by arg person
owning real property within. the territory proposed to be annexed, the tin of said
hearing being :tot less than fifteen nor more than.fifty days from the date of pas-
sage of said Resolution', and
1•I maas, on the 5th day of June, 1956, at the hour of 4:00 P. X., in the
Council Chmabers in the City Hall of the City, of Redlands, County of San Bernardino.,
State of California, said time and place being the day' hour and place fixed in said
Resolution No. 817 for hearing protests to the said annexation, the said City
Council did hear and pass upon all protests made to the proposed annexation and
dial dotermine that protests had not been made by the owners of one-bald' of the
value of the territory proposed to be annexed as shom by the last equalized
assessment roll., nor by public and private owners of cne-half of the valve of
the territoryproposed to be annexed as determined by said legislative body; and
IMMAS,, said territory in contiguous to the City of Redlam s, and as
uninhabited territory in the County of San Bernardino;
NW, TTsWEFCHE, the said Council of the City of Redlands does hereby
approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the City of
Redlands, and does hereby further ordain that the said trarritory be and, is hereby
annexed to the City of H .
That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of Redlands
is herein approved, is all that territory situated in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, more particularly described as fol.l.mst
