HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1498_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. .1498 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RECOMMENDING THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION FOR PROPERTY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS - ANNEXATION NO. 47 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1 . Public hearings having been held before the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands, complying with the California Government Code and the provisions of Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, the zone classification of C-M Commercial Manufacturing District as shown on Supplemental Map No, 149, attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved„ SECTION 20 This ordinance establishes a change of zone from A-1 Agricultural District for the unincorporated territory as shown on the map attached. The zone classification of C-M Commercial Manufactur- ing District shall become effective at the same time that annexation of the subject territory to the City of Redlands shall become effec- tive. SECTION 3 , Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of gener circulation printed and published in this city.
