ORDINANCE NO, 1518
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1058
AND CHAPTER 63 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS :
SECTION ONE: Section 6321 of Ordinance No. 1058 and Section
63200 of the Redlands Ordinance Code are hereby amended to read
as follows :
INITIAL, RENEWAL FEE, The initial license fee and renewal
fee to be paid for each bicycle shall be one dollar and
fifty cents ($1. 50) in addition to the State of California
fee imposed by Section 11111 of the Penal Code. A bicycle
purchased after license deadline may be licensed for 50�
for each year remaining in the three year period or portion
of remaining year (s) in addition to the State of California
fee imposed by Section 11111 of the Penal Code.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts, a daily newspaper hereby designated
for that purpose.
