AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCL NO. 788 of the CITY OF REDLANDS
BEING A C011PREHENSIVL ORDINANCE CODE of the CITY OF REDLA1,DS
REVISING AND CODIFYING A PORTION OF THE ORDINA14CES OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS , ADOPTED AND PUBLISHED in 1936.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
Section One :
SECTION 44, Sub-Section 2 be amended to read as follows.
MINORS NOT ALLOWED IN BILLIARD HALLS OR PUOLROOMS11
It shall be unlawful for any person within said City
to permit or allow any minor under the age of eighteen (10)
years to visit enter or be present at any billiard hall
or pool room,visit,
minors between the ages of sixteen (16)
years and eighteen (18) years , may enter and
/or be present
thereat , with the written consent of a parent , filed with the
owner or operator of said establishment.
Section Two: The City Clerll- s1iall certify to the passage of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of gernal circulation, printed and
published in this City.
Section Three : This Ordinance shall take effect upon operation
of law.
