AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING A SECTION OF
THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE REGARDING MINORS IN BILLIARD
HALLS AND POOLROOMS AND RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 1042
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: Section 5304 of Chapter 53 of the Redlands ordi-
nance Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
5304: MINORS IN BILLIARD HALLS, POOLROOMS
To permit or allow any minor under the age of eighteen (18)
years to visit, enter or be present at any billiard hall
or poolroom; unless accompanied by parent or guardian, or
unless said parent or guardian has signed in the presence
of the owner thereof, an annual written consent and per-
mission for attendance by such minor when the minor was
of the age of sixteen (16) or more years .
Said annual written consent or permission to be counter-
signed by the owner and kept on file on the premises
thereof and be available for scrutiny by any authorized
person.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall take effect in thirty days
and prior to fifteen days from the passage thereof shall be pub-
lished once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general cir-
culation printed and published in the City of Redlands, California.
