The Board of Trustees of the City of Redlandsdo ordian
follows:
See. 1: A special electionhaving been daily and regularly
ed in said City of Redlands, in. the County of Sdi ,
State of Califon tht 12th dAy of April , 1902, after dare
no-
ticea en, and in pursuance aaan a ordinance duly callin
said election, to wit: Ordinance Q. 291 duly paseed by said B#oars,
of Trustees e 19th day of March, 1902, at which ea
there was duly submitted to the qualified electors of said city,
as provided in said ordinance, the proposition a s rg by
said city, a bonded indebtednesa aC Fifty Thousand Dollars, prin-
cipal
acspa l sum, forh coaztruction and completion of certain street
work in said city, as specified and d d d in said ordinance,
and said Board a° Trustees a gg duly canvassed the votes cast
at such eleotima, from which it appeared and said Board of True-
teeTrue-
tees having thereupondei mimed, that more th4n twothirds of
all voters voting at said electian voted in fator of incurring
maid indebtedness ; and it appearingto said Board ar Trustees and
bear hereby so determined and declared." that auch, indebtedness

This bond is one of a sets of eighty bods, all of like date,

and regularly held, for such purpose, more than two thirds of the

with, the provisions of an Act of the Legislature of said State, ap-
proved .Feb. 25th, 1901, entitled ".Ars Act authorizing theincurring
f indebtedness by cities, towns and municipal corporations, for
municipal improvements, and regulating the acquisition, construc-
tion and campletion thereof" , and after full compliance with. the
laws of said state applicable to such issue. Thindebtednesa of
