AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 57 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION ONE. That Section 5713.1 of the Redlands Ordinance Code
be amended to read as follows:
Section 5713.1 - 'WHEN DELINQUENT AND PENALTY THEREFOR --
All licenses shall be delinquent if the required fee is not paid within
30 days after the due date. The penalty for delinquency shall be the amount
equal to and in addition to such license fee.
SECTION TWO. That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect
on the first day of July, 1963.
SECTION THREE. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts,
a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this city.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this day of 1963.
